I want to share this blog with everyone so they can try my experimental dishes and hope they enjoy! 4 Cloves of Garlic
Olive Oil
3 Rashers Of Bacon
Salt

7 New Potatoes’
Thyme
Rosemary

How To Make This Concoction

This meal is simple but be patient it takestime in the oven

1. Crush all the Cloves of Garlic using a garlic crusher or chop finely.

2. Take 2 of the crushed clovesand put them to one side for now.

3. Now pour about 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil into a bowl and add 3 Cloves Crushed Garlic.

4. Add a Sprinkle of Thyme and a Sprinkle of Rosemary I’m using dry herbs but fresh work way better!

5. Mix the Oil well.

6. Now Chop the Potatoes into slices.

7. Take a tray and add foil and place a dash of Oil over it.

8. Season the Oil to your own taste and the sprinkle the sliced Potatoes evenly on the tray.

9. Now take your Lamb.

10. Cut it through and make some little slices so you can infuse the Oil mixture into it.

11. When your happy with your slits rub the Oil Mixture into the Lamb.

12. Now Place the Lamb on top of the Potatoes in the tray and seasonwell.

13. Take 3 Slices of Bacon and cover the top of the Lamb this should keep the meat moist.

14. Now Place in the Oven at Gas Mark for about 2 hours.

15.Leave the Lamb to rest for 30 mins and then slice and serve with the Potatoes and any other vegetables you desire. Best served with some Chilli Gravy but I'll leave that recipe for another day!

!6. Enjoy!
