My Bad

Sorry i havent had interweb for a while and havent been able to update i have 4 more recipies to post which will be soon. Which are: Spagetti and Amazeballs, Sweet Ass Chicken Pie, Fudementally Next Level Strawberry and Apple Pie and For you Tom Ridiculously Amazing Burgers in Doughnuts!

Slow Cooked Chinese Pulled Pork


What You’ll Need:

Shoulder of Pork enough to feed as many people as your gona.

1 x bottle of Hoisin Sauce
6 Tbsps. Dark Soy Sauce
4 Tbsps. Light Soy Sauce
2 Tbsps. Teriyaki
2 Tbsps. Chinese Five Spice
4 Tbsps. Rice Wine Vinegar
6 x Spring Onions
3 x Cloves of Garlic
1 x Big Chunk of Ginger
½ x Cucumbers
Chinese Pancakes

How to make this shiznick:

1.       Take a mixing bowl and add 2 Tbsps. of Hoisin Sauce, the Dark and light Soy Sauce, the Teriyaki, the Rice Wine Vinegar and the Chinese Five Spice. Mix well.
2.       Then crush the Garlic and add the mixture.
3.       Grate the ginger into the mixture and mix well.
4.       Take 2 Spring Onions chop finely and add the mixture. Stir well.
5.       Take the pork and place it in the bowl. Cover and place in the fridge to marinade.
6.       I left mine to marinade for 2 days but overnight is long enough turn every 5-10 hours to make sure is properly coted.
7.       Place the pork in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours baste if you have time with the remaining marinade. Doesn’t matter if you can’t I didn’t I was at work.
8.       When the pork is done it should just fall apart in your fingers.
9.       Shred the pork using 2 forks.
10.   Take the remaining marinade and put on the heat to simmer.
11.   Simmer for 10 min’s and then pour over the shredded pork and mix well.
12.    Chop 2 more Spring onions finely and add to the pork and mix well.
13.   Take the 2 remaining Spring Onions and try to chop them into little sticks.
14.   Take the Cucumber and do the same.
15.   To serve place all ingredients on the table including the Pancakes and the remaining Hoisin Sauce.
16.   Place a Pancake down, add some Pork, some Spring Onion, Some Cucumber, If your daring some Chilli, some Hoisin Sauce drizzled over, roll it up and eat.
17.   Its worth the wait I promise!

Next Level Chicken Soup!


Chicken soup

What you’ll need:

1 x Big Red Chilli
3 x Cloves of Garlic
1 x Carrot
2 x Sticks of Celery
1 x Chicken Stock Cube
1 ½ x Cooked Chicken Breast
4 x Mushrooms
50g Butter
Tbsp. Flour
Salt
Pepper
75ml Cream
400ml Water

How to make this miracle:
1.       Add the butter to the pan place it on a low-ish heat
2.       Add the Mushrooms, Celery, Carrots and Chilli all finally chopped to the pan. Add as much chilli as you dare I didn’t add a lot.
3.       Use a garlic crusher and crush in the Garlic. I used 3 cloves as I love garlic but 1 or 2 is enough
4.       Cook until the vegetables are soft and easily breakable.
5.       Boil the water then add the stock cube.
6.       Add the flour to the vegetable mixture and stir well.
7.       Add the stock to the pan stir well and allow to simmer.
8.       Now take a hand blender or a normal blender and blend the mixture until at a constancy to suit your pallet. Not a necessary step.
9.       Mix in the salt and pepper to taste.
10.   Take the cooked chicken any part will do I used breast. Chop it into cubes or pick it with two forks to make it stringy
11.   Add the chicken to the mixture and stir well.
12.   Taste if needs salt and pepper add to your heart’s content.
13.   When about to serve adds the cream and stir well.
14.   Best served piping hot and with some crusty bread.

Slow Cooked Garlic Mans Lamb

Im cooking this meal right now so check it out and a pic will go up as soon as its done!

This meal should server more than two people!

What Your Gonna Need!

Lamb Rib
4 Cloves of Garlic
Olive Oil
3 Rashers Of Bacon
Salt
Pepper
7 New Potatoes’
Thyme
Rosemary

How To Make This Concoction

This meal is simple but be patient it takestime in the oven

1. Crush all the Cloves of Garlic using a garlic crusher or chop finely.

2. Take 2 of the crushed clovesand put them to one side for now.

3. Now pour about 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil into a bowl and add 3 Cloves Crushed Garlic.

4. Add a Sprinkle of Thyme and a Sprinkle of Rosemary I’m using dry herbs but fresh work way better!

5. Mix the Oil well.

6. Now Chop the Potatoes into slices.

7. Take a tray and add foil and place a dash of Oil over it.

8. Season the Oil to your own taste and the sprinkle the sliced Potatoes evenly on the tray.

9. Now take your Lamb.

10. Cut it through and make some little slices so you can infuse the Oil mixture into it.

11. When your happy with your slits rub the Oil Mixture into the Lamb.

12. Now Place the Lamb on top of the Potatoes in the tray and seasonwell.

13. Take 3 Slices of Bacon and cover the top of the Lamb this should keep the meat moist.

14. Now Place in the Oven at Gas Mark for about 2 hours.


15.Leave the Lamb to rest for 30 mins and then slice and serve with the Potatoes and any other vegetables you desire. Best served with some Chilli Gravy but I'll leave that recipe for another day!

Failed Mans Chicken Noodle and Rice Soup

This Meal Should Serve Two Unless Your Greedy!

What Your Gonna Need! 

3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Half Pepper 
300g of Chicken
300ml of Water
1 Chicken Stock Cube
1-Tablespoon Curry Powder
1-Tablespoon Hot Curry Powder
1 Handful of Rice
1 Pack of Ready to Wok Noodles (any other will do just boil them before hand)
2-Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
1-Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
4-Tablespoon Sweet Chilli Sauce
1-Teaspoon Fish Sauce
1-Teaspoon Worcester Sauce 
1-Teaspoon Chilli Sauce
Sprinkle of Salt
Lots of Pepper
Pinch of Paprika

How To Make This Concoction 

1.     Chop the 3 Cloves of Garlic roughly, use less garlic if you dislike the taste.

2.    Add those Cloves of Garlic to a heated pan leave on low heat doesn’t need to be too hot.

3.    Cook the Garlic for less than a minuet.

4.    Boil the Water and then add it to the Garlic.

5.    Stir in the Stock Cube. I used Chicken but Vegetable will do.

6.    Simmer the mixture together for about 3 minuets.

7.    Now add the Curry Powder and the Hot Curry Powder and stir in well.

8.    Season well using lots of Pepper, a pinch of Paprika and sprinkle of Sea Salt.

9.    I’m using frozen chicken so this recipe may not be the same if your using fresh, just the cooking time may differ. Add the Chicken to the pan my breasts are whole.

10.  Cover the pan and leave to simmer for 5 minuets.

11.  Add the Handful of Rice and place the lid back on, add more rice if you don’t have noodles the product will still taste as class.

12.  Add the Dark Soy Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Sweet Chilli Sauce and mix well to infuse them in the sauce.

13. Now take the Chicken out of the pan and slice it or dice it however you like.

14. Add the Chicken back to the pan and cover once again for about 5 minuets

15. Now add the Fish Sauce and Worchester Sauce and mix well.

16. Chop the Pepper however I use a Red Pepper but any colour will work I like Green the best!

17. Leave the mixture covered until the rice has softened

18. Once the rice is soft add the Noodles and stir them in until they’re soft and covered well in the mixture.

19. Finally add the Light Soy Sauce to taste.

20. And Voila its done, Now Eat Your Next Level Meal!
